Biofuels are often presented as THE solution to overcome climate change. However, one may wonder if this is the whole truth. In this debate we discuss the pro’s and con’s of the widespread production of biofuels. We touch on the issue of Policy Coherence for Development by linking up European climate change policies to development impacts.
